Quality of Education
Key Priority 1:
Raise attainment at the expected level and increase the rates of progress for all groups of learners in reading across all year groups with a specific focus on developing vocabulary, inference and comprehension.
Key Priority 2:
Further develop our new curriculum implementation so that it is securely embedded in all year groups and ensure the sequencing of lessons over time matches our intent (SHINE).
Behaviour and Attitudes
Key Priority 3:
Continue to increase the rate of attendance so it is in line with national average.
Leadership and Management
Key Priority 4:
Maximise the impact of our new curriculum by further improving middle/subject leadership with a key focus on coaching, mentoring and monitoring linked to our intent.
Quality of Education in the Early Years
Key Priority 5:
Increase the percentage of children achieving GLD and exceeding at the end of Reception with the aim of bringing it in line with the national.
