Digital Worry Box

Are you a child and feeling worried about something?

Worries can be about anything - at school, at home, with friends, or online. You might be worried about something someone has said or done, how you are feeling, or something that just doesn’t feel right. All worries are important, big or small.

With help from a trusted adult (parent or carer), you can use the form below to share your worry. A member of staff will read your message and support you. Sometimes they may need to speak to other adults to make sure you get the right help and that everyone stays safe.

Remember, you can also share your worries in school by using the Worry Boxes or by talking to a trusted adult such as a teacher, teaching assistant, or another member of staff.

Your voice matters, and it’s always okay to ask for support.
