Pupil Leadership Team

(Head Boy, Deputy Head Boy, Head Girl and Deputy Head Girl)

The Pupil Leadership Team act as ambassadors and role models for the whole school. Their role is to lead by example, represent pupil voice and uphold our school values and British Values in everything they do.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead by Example - We demonstrate excellent behaviour, effort and attendance at all times. We model our school values through our words and actions and set a high standard for others to follow.
  • Represent Our School - We proudly represent the school at events, assemblies and special occasions. We speak confidently about our learning, achievements and values.
  • Welcome Visitors - We show visitors around our school, making them feel welcome and sharing information about our school community, learning and ethos.
  • Promote British Values - We support democracy by listening to pupil voice, respect the rule of law within school, value individual liberty, and show mutual respect and tolerance to people of all backgrounds and beliefs.
  • Support School Events - We help lead assemblies, support celebrations and take an active role in important school events throughout the year.
  • Encourage and Inspire Others - We motivate others to do their best, celebrate achievements and promote a positive and inclusive school culture.
  • Be Trustworthy and Responsible - We take our roles seriously, act with honesty and integrity, and work closely with staff to help make our school the best it can be.
